This great Spray Gun Filter will absorb up to one (1) fluid ounce of moisture and insure a perfectly dry system from start to finish every time. It absorbs oil aerosols, condensed moisture, and contaminants as small as 0.01 microns. It attaches directly to the air inlet of your spray gun and, as air passes between the filter's compressed layers, particles and moisture are trapped. And this disposable filter operates at a true 30 CFM with almost no drop in pressure!

ROOM TEMPERATURE IS ALWAYS THE WAY TO GO

With freezing & below zero temps this time of year, we want to remind customers to always allow their KBS products and the articles to be treated to adjust to room temperature before use. Although AquaKlean has a powerful low temp cleaning action, it works more efficiently & effectively if diluted with hot water. RustBlast also works more effectively if it is allowed to adjust to room temperature too. Before applying RustSeal or BlackTop, remember to allow coatings & surfaces to reach room temperature. Cold applications will hinder the evaporation of the inherent solvent(s) and delay cure times. Surface bubbling may form on the surface of the paint and adhesion problems could ensue. Again, ideal application temperature range for our products are 55-82° Fahrenheit (13-28° Celsius).

The secret with RustSeal, shouldn't be a secret at all, but it's surprising how few of us actually read instructions. For outstanding results, apply RustSeal in 2 thin (2ml each) successive coats approx. 2-3 hours apart or when the first coat is dry-to-touch and does not leave a fingerprint. This ensures that the resin cures all the way through, and averts bubbling and entrapment of uncured sections under the top layer. If you desire a thick coating, you can always apply a third or even a fourth coating, but never in thick amounts.
